L&T posted a strong FY25 with consolidated order inflows of ₹3,56,631 crore (up 18% YoY) and revenue crossing ₹2,55,734 crore (up 16% YoY). Consolidated PAT grew 15% to ₹15,037 crore for the year, while Q4 FY25 PAT rose 25% to ₹5,497 crore on revenue of ₹74,392 crore. The order book hit a record ₹5,79,137 crore (up 22%), with international orders making up 58% of inflows. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹34 per share (up from ₹28 last year), with June 3, 2025 as the record date; the 80th AGM is scheduled for June 17, 2025 via video conferencing. Company Secretary Sivaram Nair A retires on May 9, 2025 on superannuation and is being replaced by Subramanian Narayan effective May 10, 2025; M/s. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co. has also been appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30), subject to shareholder approval.
Double-digit growth across orders, revenue, and profits, combined with a higher dividend and a record ₹5.79 lakh crore order book, point to robust business momentum and should be viewed positively by investors. The KMP succession and auditor appointment are routine governance matters unlikely to materially affect operations.
