L&T has released its Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 ahead of its 81st AGM scheduled for June 5, 2026 via video conferencing. The year saw record performance with Group Order Inflows at ₹4.36 lakh crore (up 22% YoY) and Order Book at an all-time high of ₹7.40 lakh crore (up 28% YoY). International orders now constitute 52% of the order book. Group Revenue stood at ₹2.86 lakh crore with 12% growth, while Recurring PAT reached ₹17,238 crore, up 18% YoY. The balance sheet strengthened significantly with Net Debt:Equity improving from 0.6:1 to 0.35:1. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹38 per share. Key developments include strategic divestments (Hyderabad Metro Rail for ₹1,461 crore, Nabha Power for ₹6,889 crore) and collaborations in AI infrastructure (NVIDIA partnership), defense (AMCA, MALE RPAS with General Atomics), and green energy. The GCC region, contributing nearly one-third of the USD 32 billion revenue, remains stable despite West Asia tensions.
Strong operational and financial performance with record order book provides multi-year revenue visibility. Improved leverage and cash generation support shareholder returns and future investments in emerging sectors like AI, semiconductors, and green energy.
