Last Mile Enterprises reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 243.94 lakh (down sharply from Rs 1,618.68 lakh in Q3 FY25), with PAT of Rs 150.84 lakh (vs Rs 618.02 lakh). On a consolidated basis, Q3 FY26 revenue surged to Rs 37,502.33 lakh (vs Rs 7,156.34 lakh in Q3 FY25) driven by the mobile accessories and gadgets business run through subsidiary Damson Technologies, while consolidated PAT was Rs 258.21 lakh (vs Rs 865.70 lakh). For nine months FY26, consolidated revenue jumped to Rs 2,40,096.88 lakh from Rs 11,080.60 lakh, but PAT was largely flat at Rs 1,248.39 lakh vs Rs 1,237.94 lakh, indicating heavy margin compression. During the quarter, 24.37 lakh warrants were converted into equity shares and the face value was changed to Rs 1 (stock split). Auditor HSK & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review.
The consolidated numbers show explosive top-line growth from the Damson Technologies-led mobile accessories business, but PAT has not scaled, signaling tight margins and rising costs. Standalone real estate operations continue to shrink. Shareholders should watch margin trends and integration of subsidiary businesses rather than headline revenue growth.
