Trading window closed from July 1 for Q1 results compliance

Latteys Industries has informed the exchange that the trading window for dealing in its securities will be closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the company shares its unaudited financial results for Q1 ending June 30, 2026. The closure applies to promoters, promoter group, directors, KMPs, designated persons, their immediate relatives and connected persons, in line with SEBI insider trading rules. The board meeting date to approve the Q1 results will be communicated later.
