Laurus Labs reported strong FY2026 results with revenues of ₹6,813 crore, up 23% YoY. EBITDA grew 64% to ₹1,826 crore with margins expanding 670 basis points to 26.8%. Net profit surged 148% to ₹889 crore. The company achieved highest-ever quarterly revenue in Q4 at ₹1,812 crore with 28.9% EBITDA margin. CDMO segment grew 36% to ₹2,080 crore while Affordable Medicines grew 18% to ₹4,733 crore. The company invested ₹1,070 crore in capex (16% of sales) and reduced net debt/EBITDA leverage from 2.3x to 1.3x. A new 532-acre Vizag site development with over $600 million capex commitment was announced, targeting medium-term asset turns above 1.0x.
The sharp improvement in profitability and deleveraging signals strong execution capability. Continued margin expansion and growing CDMO contribution indicate a positive business mix shift, which could support re-rating of the stock given the company's multi-year track record of wealth creation.
