Laxmi Cotspin has submitted newspaper cuttings of its Q1 FY26 results published in Jalna Nayak (Marathi) and Business Standard (English) on 9 August 2025. Total income from operations more than doubled to ₹5,108.32 lakhs versus ₹2,411.57 lakhs in the same quarter last year. However, net profit after tax fell sharply to ₹130.50 lakhs from ₹744.92 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a drop of about 82% year-on-year. Basic and diluted EPS came in at ₹0.76 versus ₹4.34 in the year-ago quarter. Other equity stood at ₹3,513.61 lakhs, and equity share capital remained unchanged at ₹1,714.77 lakhs.
