LCC Infotech reported very weak Q1 FY26 results with revenue from operations of just Rs 2.93 lakhs, sharply down from Rs 33.22 lakhs in the preceding quarter (Q4 FY25), though up from Rs 0.64 lakhs in Q1 FY25 on a very small base. The company posted a net loss of Rs 14.54 lakhs, narrower than the Rs 27.38 lakh loss in Q1 FY25 and the Rs 99.78 lakh loss in Q4 FY25 (which included a Rs 101.85 lakh exceptional charge). Total expenses stood at Rs 17.47 lakhs, with finance costs jumping to Rs 4.05 lakhs from Rs 0.64 lakhs a year ago. Paid-up equity capital is Rs 2,531.87 lakhs and basic EPS for the quarter came in at Rs (0.0115). The statutory auditor (Budhia & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis-of-matter paragraphs.
Operations remain at a very low level with continued losses, though the Q1 loss narrowed from a year ago. The sharp sequential drop in revenue and a spike in finance costs suggest the business is still struggling to scale, which is negative for shareholders; however, no auditor red flags (going concern, qualified opinion) were raised.
