LE Lavoir Ltd's board, at a meeting held on 17th November 2025, approved the appointment of Mr. Himanshu Keshubhai Togadiya as an Additional Non-Executive and Independent Director. Mr. Togadiya is a practicing Company Secretary with over 7 years of experience in corporate law, SEBI matters, IPO advisory, and compliance. In the same meeting, the board noted the resignation of Mr. Pradeep Sutodiya from the post of Non-Executive and Independent Director, citing personal reasons with no other material reasons disclosed. Following these changes, three key committees — Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship — were reconstituted, with Mr. Togadiya appointed as Chairperson of all three. Mr. Sutodiya also holds directorship in Darjeeling Ropeway Company Limited.
