Leapfrog Engineering Services share price hits 5% upper circuit after listing at discount

Leapfrog Engineering Services made a weak debut on BSE SME, opening at Rs 22 against an issue price of Rs 23 (a 4.3 percent discount), before hitting the 5 percent upper circuit. The IPO, which had a price band of Rs 21-23 per share, was subscribed 2.70 times and comprised 3.85 crore equity shares. The EPC company plans to use proceeds to set up a new assembly unit and bolster working capital, having reported FY25 revenue of Rs 137.37 crore and PAT of Rs 16.22 crore.
