Lee & Nee Softwares reported its audited results for FY25 with standalone revenue from operations rising to Rs. 1,021.29 lakhs from Rs. 805.27 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 26.8%. Consolidated revenue grew even more sharply to Rs. 1,412.94 lakhs from Rs. 853.03 lakhs, aided by subsidiaries Lensel Web Services and Rituraj Shares Broking. Standalone profit after tax was Rs. 38.56 lakhs versus Rs. 33.55 lakhs last year (up ~15%), while consolidated PAT improved to about Rs. 49.80 lakhs. Other equity turned positive at Rs. 182.66 lakhs (standalone) from a negative Rs. 104.79 lakhs a year ago. The statutory auditor M/s N H Agarwal & Associates issued an unmodified opinion, no exceptional items were reported, and the Board did not recommend any dividend for FY25.
Healthy top-line growth, especially at the consolidated level, and a turnaround in net worth from negative to positive are positives for shareholders. However, modest standalone profit growth and no dividend may temper short-term investor enthusiasm.
