Leel Electricals files FY21 Secretarial Compliance Report

Leel Electricals has filed its Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for FY ending March 2021 with BSE and NSE. The review covers the period when the company was under insolvency, triggered by creditor MKM Technologies in March 2020. Liquidation followed in December 2021 and the company was eventually sold as a going concern to Krishna Ventures Limited. The Practicing Company Secretary confirmed overall compliance with SEBI regulations during the period.
