LEEL Electricals Limited has informed the Exchange about Investor Presentation
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
LEEL Electricals (formerly Lloyd Electric & Engineering) filed its Q1 FY26 investor presentation, marking early-stage operations under new management that took over via the IBC route (NCLT Allahabad approval in March 2024). The new promoter group, led by Krishna Ventures along with strategic investors, has completed capital restructuring, extinguished old promoter equity in Dec 2024, and set up a new plant at Greater Noida which began commercial production in May 2025. Q1 FY26 numbers are very small: Total Revenue of ₹148 Lacs, EBITDA of ₹24.92 Lacs, and PBT of ₹7.82 Lacs. The company highlighted its first order win from BHEL for 1.75T Diesel Loco Cabin AC (4 units, delivery by Sept 2025), a satisfactory performance certificate from Delhi Metro, and ongoing participation in 2.5T Cabin AC tenders. In-principal approval from stock exchanges for listing of the new shares is still pending.
This is essentially a turnaround story in its very early innings — revenue base is tiny and the business is being rebuilt from scratch post-CIRP. Shareholders should track the pending listing approval for new shares, order conversion from railway/metro enquiries, and ramp-up at the new Greater Noida plant, as these will be the key near-term catalysts. Execution risk remains high given the small scale and recent reset of the business.
