Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement to open a new property — Lemon Tree Hotel, Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh. This will be the company's first hotel in Arunachal Pradesh, marking its expansion into the eastern part of India. The 70-room hotel will include a restaurant, bar, banquet, meeting room, swimming pool, gym and spa, and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary. The property is well-connected, located about 25 km from Donyi Polo Airport and 12 km from Naharlagun Railway Station. Lemon Tree currently has a portfolio of over 210 hotels, including more than 110 operational and 100+ in the pipeline.
