This marks Lemon Tree's first property in Assam, expanding its presence in Northeast India.
The new hotel opening expands Lemon Tree's footprint into Assam and strengthens its presence in Northeast India's tier-II markets. The 40-room property will contribute to the company's room inventory, with revenue impact dependent on occupancy rates and pricing in the emerging corridor.
