The property features 65 well-appointed rooms (updated from 60 rooms previously disclosed), with 50 rooms opening in the first phase along with a restaurant, banquet hall, swimming pool, and fitness center. The remaining 15 rooms will open in a second phase. The hotel is strategically located in Bharatpur, a developing commercial and residential corridor, targeting business, leisure, medical, and spiritual travellers. With this opening, the company continues to expand its Eastern India presence across its portfolio of over 130 operational hotels.
