Lemon Tree Hotels reported FY2026 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 1,44,450.33 lakhs, up 12.3% from Rs 1,28,607.77 lakhs in FY2025. Net profit after tax stood at Rs 28,831.82 lakhs, growing 18.6% year-on-year from Rs 24,314.54 lakhs. For Q4 alone, revenue was Rs 41,640.39 lakhs (up 10% YoY) and PAT was Rs 11,645.29 lakhs (up 7.7% YoY). Exceptional items of Rs 3,326.59 lakhs were recorded for the year, including Rs 2,551.13 lakhs for new Labour Code implementation, Rs 1,106.07 lakhs ex-gratia provision, Rs 478.54 lakhs property tax settlement, and Rs 296.92 lakhs restructuring expenses. Statutory auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board also approved appointment of R. Khattar & Associates and reappointment of Felix Advisory as internal auditors for FY2027.
Strong financial performance with double-digit revenue and PAT growth indicates healthy operational recovery. The clean audit opinion and reduction in long-term borrowings (from Rs 1,49,345 lakhs to Rs 1,31,086 lakhs) are positives for shareholders. Exceptional items are non-recurring in nature and do not affect underlying business fundamentals.
