The board of Yash Trading and Finance Limited (BSE: 512345) approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, along with the notice for the 40th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2025 via video conferencing. On a standalone basis, profit after tax came in at about Rs 8.88 lakhs versus roughly Rs 5.18 lakhs in the year-ago quarter, while total revenue remained essentially nil (the entity appears to function as a holding/investment company). Consolidated PAT jumped to about Rs 39.56 lakhs, driven by the newly consolidated subsidiary Solarfusion Renewables Pvt Ltd which contributed roughly Rs 57 lakhs in revenue. Statutory auditor Bhatter & Company issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both sets of results, and no material adjustments were noted.
This is a routine quarterly filing with no negative surprises — the clean auditor opinion and double-digit YoY profit growth on a standalone basis are mildly positive for shareholders. The much higher consolidated earnings, however, depend almost entirely on the renewables subsidiary, so investors should watch that segment's performance closely. The old Enforcement Directorate stop-transfer note on promoter shares (from 2015) remains a legacy disclosure but does not affect current operations.
