LGB Forge's Board approved unaudited results for Q3 and nine months ended Dec 31, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹2,384.89 lakhs in Q3 (almost flat vs ₹2,382.02 lakhs last year), while nine-month revenue rose to ₹7,752.52 lakhs from ₹7,011.23 lakhs. The company reported a loss of ₹186.36 lakhs for Q3 and ₹170.89 lakhs for nine months, widening from losses of ₹42.97 lakhs and ₹82.22 lakhs in the year-ago periods. The widening loss was partly due to a one-time ₹64.80 lakh exceptional charge from India's new Labour Codes. The Board also re-appointed Sri. G. Jawaharlal as Internal Auditor and appointed M/s. N.R.D. Associates as Tax Auditors for FY 2026-27. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
The company continues to post losses with no sign of turnaround, and losses have deepened year-on-year despite modest revenue growth, which is a negative signal for shareholders. The auditor appointments are routine and carry no governance concern.
