Libord Finance Ltd (NBFC) declared its Q1 FY26 results with Total Revenue from Operations of Rs. 18.50 lakhs, up from Rs. 7.75 lakhs in the same quarter last year (over 138% YoY growth), driven mainly by higher interest income. Total Income stood at Rs. 36.97 lakhs (vs Rs. (2.99) lakhs in Q4 FY25 and Rs. 54.91 lakhs in Q1 FY25). The company returned to profitability with a net profit of Rs. 3.02 lakhs, compared to a loss of Rs. 0.49 lakhs in Q1 FY25 and a loss of Rs. 14.43 lakhs in Q4 FY25. EPS for the quarter was Rs. 0.02. The statutory auditors (R M R & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications or adverse comments. The Board also approved the Director's Report and Notice for the 31st AGM to be held on September 25, 2025.
A swing back into profit and a sharp rise in operating revenue is a positive signal for this small NBFC, although absolute earnings remain very thin (just Rs. 3.02 lakhs), so the upside is modest and unlikely to materially move the stock. The clean auditor report removes any near-term red-flag risk for shareholders.
