Libord Finance Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on October 31, 2025, reconstituted the company's Audit Committee. The change involved adding Mr. Ramanathan Thirupathi, a Non-Executive Independent Director, as a new member of the committee, effective immediately. After this change, the Audit Committee now has four members: Mr. Radhey Shyam Soni (Chairman), Mr. Lalit Kumar Dangi, Mr. Raghvendra Raj Mehta, and Mr. Ramanathan Thirupathi. Three of the four members are Non-Executive Independent Directors. The disclosure was made under SEBI Listing Regulations.
