EGM results: preferential warrants and 2 executive director appointments approved

Likhitha Infrastructure held an EGM on July 22, 2026 via video conferencing. Three resolutions passed with requisite majority. Special resolution to issue convertible warrants on preferential basis passed with 91.29 percent in favor. Two ordinary resolutions to regularize appointments of Mr. Chandra Dheerajram and Mrs. Lohitha Gaddipati as Executive Directors, each passed with about 91.5 percent in favor. Promoters holding about 27.7 million shares were marked interested and did not vote. Only 0.57 percent of outstanding shares participated in voting.
