Likhitha Infrastructure EGM held; 3 special resolutions tabled

Likhitha Infrastructure held an EGM on July 22, 2026 via video conferencing, with 35 members attending. Three special items were considered: (1) issue of convertible warrants on a preferential basis, (2) regularisation of Mr. Chandra Dheerajram as Executive Director including his remuneration, and (3) regularisation of Mrs. Lohitha Gaddipati as Executive Director including her remuneration. All directors including Managing Director Gaddipati Srinivasa Rao and CFO Likhitha Gaddipati were present. Voting results will be announced separately.
