CRISIL Ratings has reviewed and reaffirmed the credit ratings on Likhitha Infrastructure's bank facilities in a letter dated July 7, 2025. The long-term rating stands at CRISIL A/Stable and the short-term rating at CRISIL A1, both unchanged from earlier. Total bank loan facilities rated have been enhanced from Rs. 200 Crore to Rs. 300 Crore, a 50% increase. The facilities include bank guarantees from Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, and YES Bank, along with overdraft and proposed working capital facilities.
Stable, investment-grade ratings with no change suggest continued financial health and lender confidence. The 50% increase in sanctioned bank facility limit (from Rs. 200 Cr to Rs. 300 Cr) improves the company's borrowing capacity and signals strong support from lenders, which is mildly positive for shareholders.
