Routine RTA confirmation under SEBI Reg 74(5) for Q1 FY27

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals has submitted a routine quarterly confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, under SEBI Regulation 74(5) of the Depositories and Participants Regulations, 2018. The certificate covers the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and confirms that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation were duly processed, accepted or rejected, and listed on NSE and BSE. Mutilated share certificates were cancelled after verification and the depository name substituted in the register of members within prescribed timelines.
