Lloyds Engineering Works Limited declared its audited Q4 and FY25 results on May 7, 2025, with statutory auditor S Y Lodha & Associates issuing an unmodified opinion. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations rose about 21% YoY to Rs. 75,577.56 lakhs, while net profit grew roughly 25% to Rs. 9,972.62 lakhs and EPS stood at Rs. 0.86 (vs Rs. 0.74 in FY24). Consolidated revenue was Rs. 84,574.08 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 10,504.32 lakhs and EPS of Rs. 0.89. The company reported a healthy standalone order book of Rs. 1,31,538.13 lakhs (Rs. 1,38,377.62 lakhs consolidated) as of March 31, 2025. During the year, it acquired a 77% stake in Techno Industries Pvt Ltd (adding a new Electrical segment), made Lloyds Infrastructure & Construction an associate, signed an MoU with Bhilai Engineering Corporation, and its board approved a Rs. 98,725.59 lakhs rights issue in April 2025.
Solid double-digit growth in revenue and profits, a strong order book, and successful acquisitions (Techno Industries, LICL stake) are positive for shareholders. The recently approved large rights issue may cause short-term dilution but indicates management's growth and expansion plans.
