Lloyds Engineering Works reported strong FY2025-26 results with consolidated revenue of Rs. 1,301.14 Crores (up 54%) and PBT of Rs. 202.90 Crores (up 44%) compared to previous year. The company has an order book of Rs. 2,643.39 Crores representing a 91% increase year-on-year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.25 per share (25% on face value of Re. 1). Additionally, 2,14,368 equity shares were allotted under ESOP at Rs. 9.50 per share. The auditor gave an unqualified opinion confirming clean financials. Earlier in the year, the company raised Rs. 857.30 Crores via rights issue and increased stakes in subsidiaries Metalfab and Techno Industries.
