Lloyds Enterprises Limited reported strong FY26 results with standalone net profit jumping to Rs 268.09 crore from Rs 16.43 crore in FY25, a massive 15x increase. Consolidated net profit stood at Rs 416.96 crore vs Rs 123.39 crore, up 238%. The company posted consolidated revenue of Rs 1,756.29 crore and total income of Rs 2,183.71 crore for the year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.05 per share (5%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Key expansions include strategic investment in India's first privately operated gold mine (Geomysore Services India), MOU for 51% stake in Calculus Logistech for warehousing, and acquisition of additional stake in Techno Industries making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. A rights issue was completed raising Rs 929.18 crore with further calls on partly paid shares. Statutory auditor changed to V K Beswal & Associates for 5 years. Mr. Sandeep Suhas Aole reappointed as Independent Director for second term.
The company delivered exceptional financial growth in FY26 driven by strategic investments and diversified expansions. The significant jump in profitability and multiple new business initiatives signal strong momentum. The small dividend indicates management is retaining earnings for growth capex. Positive sentiment expected given 15x standalone profit growth and expanding portfolio across gold mining, logistics, and engineering sectors.
