Lloyds Enterprises has commenced a postal ballot for shareholder approval on four resolutions. Three special resolutions seek expanded powers under Section 186 (loans, intercorporate deposits, guarantees, and securities beyond prescribed limits), Section 180(1)(c) (overall borrowing limits), and Section 180(1)(a) (creation of mortgage/charge on company assets). One ordinary resolution approves a material related party transaction with Geomysore Services India Pvt Ltd. E-voting runs from April 17 to May 16, 2026. Results will be declared within two working days after the ballot concludes.
Shareholders can vote on expanded borrowing and lending powers plus a related-party deal. Outcome may affect capital structure, leverage capacity, and related-party governance.
