Lloyds Metals and Energy Ltd has published its audited financial results for Q4 FY26 and full year FY26. Standalone total income rose to Rs. 4,977.39 Cr in Q4 and Rs. 13,837.80 Cr for FY26, more than doubling from Rs. 6,775.21 Cr in FY25. Standalone net profit after tax grew to Rs. 3,194.30 Cr from Rs. 1,450.94 Cr in the prior year. Consolidated total income stood at Rs. 17,306.40 Cr with net profit of Rs. 3,828.64 Cr. Basic EPS on standalone basis improved significantly to Rs. 60.24 from Rs. 28.01 in FY25. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 5th May 2026.
