Lloyds Metals and Energy has published extracts of its audited financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full financial year ending March 2025 in Business Standard and Navrashtra Times, as required by SEBI listing rules. For the full year FY25, standalone total income from operations rose modestly to Rs 6,772.72 Cr (from Rs 6,574.57 Cr in FY24), while net profit after tax grew about 16.7% to Rs 1,450.95 Cr (from Rs 1,243.15 Cr). Basic EPS for the year stood at Rs 28.01 (vs Rs 24.62 in FY24). For Q4 FY25 alone, however, revenue fell to Rs 1,212.67 Cr and net profit came in at Rs 202.47 Cr, both lower than the previous quarter (Q3 FY25) and the year-ago quarter (Q4 FY24). Consolidated numbers closely mirror the standalone figures.
Full-year results are positive, with healthy double-digit profit growth and a strong jump in other equity to about Rs 6,350 Cr, but the weak Q4 sequential and YoY performance may temper near-term sentiment. Shareholders should focus on the strong annual earnings and balance sheet strength rather than the softer quarterly print.
