LMW Limited has published its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended 31st March 2026. Standalone Q4 total income grew 8.1% to Rs 889.37 Crore, with net profit after tax up 10.7% to Rs 54.37 Crore versus Q4 FY25. For the full year, standalone total income rose 6.2% to Rs 3,221.40 Crore but net profit after tax declined 35.4% to Rs 153.92 Crore due to a one-time charge of Rs 11.50 Crore from new Labour Codes. Consolidated full year performance was stronger with net profit after tax up 27.4% to Rs 130.73 Crore and total income of Rs 3,353.36 Crore. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 350% (Rs 35 per share). Statutory auditors have given an unqualified audit opinion.
The Q4 show resilience with profit growth despite the one-time labour code charge. The dividend declaration signals confidence. Full year standalone profit decline may weigh on sentiment but consolidated results show underlying business strength.
