LMW reported full year revenue of Rs 3,082 crore (up 6% YoY) and PBT of Rs 221 crore (up 42% YoY). Textile Machinery Division (TMD) showed turnaround with Rs 9.75 crore profit vs Rs 15.64 crore loss last year, driven by improved cotton yarn spreads and order intake in Q4. Total order book stands at Rs 3,300 crore with active orders of Rs 2,300 crore. Machine Tool Division grew 20% to Rs 1,205 crore with margins at multi-quarter high of 11-11.5%, expected to sustain. ATC division posted Rs 207 crore revenue with ~20% margins and Rs 360 crore order book. The company is investing in ATC capacity expansion with a new larger facility planned. LMW China turned breakeven on Rs 130 crore turnover while LMW Global continues at Rs 184 crore with Rs 32 crore loss. Management indicated positive outlook for textile sector with 24-month slowdown cycle appearing to bottom out, though raw material and logistics costs are rising across the board.
The company shows improving profitability across divisions with textile recovery underway and machine tools sustaining strong margins. Order book visibility is healthy, and ATC expansion plans indicate management's focus on high-margin aerospace precision engineering business. Raw material cost pressures remain a watch item.
