LMW Ltd reported standalone total income of Rs 3,221.40 crore for FY2026, up 6.2% from Rs 3,033.79 crore in FY2025. However, standalone net profit after tax fell 35% to Rs 153.92 crore from Rs 238.24 crore, primarily because FY2025 had higher exceptional gains. On a consolidated basis, net profit rose 27.4% to Rs 130.73 crore. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 889.37 crore with PAT of Rs 54.37 crore, up from Rs 49.12 crore in Q4 FY25. The company recorded a one-time charge of Rs 11.50 crore due to new labour codes. The board recommended a dividend of 350% (Rs 35 per share). Statutory auditors gave an unqualified opinion.
Despite revenue growth, the standalone PAT decline compared to the prior year is due to non-recurring high exceptional gains in FY2025. The dividend recommendation of Rs 35 per share signals confidence. Consolidated profit growth of 27.4% is a positive indicator.
