Lodha Developers Q1 Results: Profit jumps 2-fold to Rs 1,373 crore

Lodha Developers reported a record quarterly profit in Q1FY27, with net profit doubling year-on-year to Rs 1,373 crore from Rs 675.1 crore. Total income rose to Rs 5,096.7 crore from Rs 3,624.7 crore, while sales bookings grew 4 percent to Rs 4,630 crore. The company guided for 20 percent CAGR in profit over the long term and plans to launch its first housing project in Delhi-NCR this fiscal.
