Lodha Developers Limited (formerly Macrotech Developers Limited) has submitted copies of newspaper advertisements for its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The 30th AGM will be held on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 3:30 PM (IST) via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The notices were published in Business Standard (English, All India edition) and Navshakti (Marathi, Mumbai edition) on July 2, 2025. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4.25 per equity share (42.5%) on shares of face value ₹10 each for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
