Lohia Corp has fixed its IPO price band at Rs 404-425 per share for a Rs 1 face value equity share, with the subscription window opening on 23 July and closing on 27 July. The issue is entirely an Offer for Sale of over 2.59 crore equity shares, with no fresh issue component, meaning the company will not receive any proceeds.
