Lohia Corp IPO subscribed 43% on Day 2 so far. Here’s what latest GMP trends indicate

Lohia Corp's IPO was subscribed 43% on Day 2, with bids for 61 lakh shares against the 1.43 crore offer size. Retail investors led with 80% subscription of their reserved portion, while QIBs and NIIs subscribed 43% and 18% respectively. The grey market premium has moderated to 3-8.5% from earlier 9-13%, even as the company reported a 64% YoY rise in FY26 net profit to Rs 193 crore on revenue of Rs 1,717 crore.
