The issue, priced at ₹404-425 per share, raised ₹492.1 crore from anchor investors and commands a grey market premium of ₹12, indicating an estimated listing price of around ₹437. The entire issue is an offer for sale by promoters and other selling shareholders, with listing scheduled on NSE and BSE on July 30.
