Lohia Corp raises ₹492 crore from anchor investors ahead of IPO opening on Thursday

Lohia Corp Limited raised around Rs 492.1 crore from anchor investors ahead of its maiden IPO opening on July 23, 2026. The company allocated about 1.15 crore equity shares to anchor investors at Rs 425 per share, with marquee participants including Citigroup, Societe Generale, Nomura, SBI Life Insurance, and Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance. The Rs 404-425 price band IPO, entirely an offer for sale of up to 2.59 crore shares by promoters, will close on July 27, 2026, and the stock is proposed to list on both NSE and BSE.
