Longspur International Ventures has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 4 PM at the registered office in Mumbai. The Board will consider and approve the unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from the auditors. Any other routine business may also be taken up. The trading window for insiders is already closed from July 1, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after the results become generally available information.
