The Board of Lords Ishwar Hotels approved its audited financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2025, with an unmodified auditor opinion. FY25 revenue from operations rose to Rs. 836.37 lac from Rs. 769.63 lac, but net profit fell to Rs. 34.50 lac from Rs. 49.02 lac, and EPS dropped to Rs. 0.46 from Rs. 0.66. Q4 net profit improved to Rs. 30.57 lac from Rs. 25.12 lac. Company Secretary Ms. Neha Prajapati resigned for personal reasons effective May 31, 2025, and Ms. Mahima Jariwala was appointed in her place from June 2, 2025. The Board also appointed Nandaniya Joshi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY2025-26 to FY2029-30), subject to shareholder approval.
Mixed signals for shareholders – top-line growth was healthy but bottom-line declined, other equity remains negative at Rs. (156.80) lac, and borrowings jumped sharply (Rs. 282.85 lac to Rs. 697.99 lac). The Company Secretary change is a routine KMP transition and unlikely to materially affect the stock.
