Lorenzini Apparels reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 2,072.60 lakhs, slightly down from Rs. 2,127.05 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue declined about 5% to Rs. 4,699.02 lakhs versus Rs. 4,949.79 lakhs a year ago. Net profit for the quarter swung to a positive Rs. 109.94 lakhs from a loss of Rs. 162.44 lakhs in Q3 FY25, helped by lower costs and a smaller deferred tax impact. However, nine-month profit fell sharply to Rs. 348.01 lakhs from Rs. 1,240.37 lakhs last year, and EPS for 9M dropped to Rs. 0.20 from Rs. 0.72. The board also approved sale of the 'Mr Button' trademark to Mr Button Private Limited for Rs. 42.46 lakhs, which is a related party transaction involving Managing Director Sandeep Jain, done at arm's length and expected to complete by March 2026. Statutory auditor Mittal & Associates issued an unmodified limited review opinion.
Short-term shareholders get a relief bounce as the company returned to quarterly profit after last year's loss, but the steep drop in nine-month earnings signals weaker full-year performance. The small trademark sale to a related party is immaterial financially but worth noting for governance purposes.
