Loyal Equipments Limited's Board of Directors met on August 8, 2025 and approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). Revenue from operations stood at ₹1,133.18 lakhs, down about 12% from ₹1,288.71 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Despite the revenue decline, profit after tax rose sharply to ₹101.32 lakhs versus ₹59.62 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a jump of around 70%, helped by lower raw material costs and reduced other expenses. Basic and diluted EPS for the quarter came in at ₹0.94, compared to ₹0.94 in the previous year quarter and an annual FY25 EPS of ₹8.42. The statutory auditor, A Y & Company, issued an unmodified limited review opinion on the results.
Mixed signals for shareholders – top-line shrank but margins improved meaningfully, lifting PAT and EPS well above last year's Q1. The clean auditor opinion and zero pending investor complaints suggest no governance red flags, though the single-segment, small-cap nature and revenue weakness may keep sentiment cautious until growth returns.
