LT Foods reported 12M FY26 revenue of ₹11,023 crore, up 19% normalized growth (excluding US tariff impact). Gross profit was ₹1,236 crore with EBITDA at ₹991 crore. However, EBITDA margin normalized to 11.8% vs 12.2% YoY due to accelerated brand investments, strategic initiatives, and one-time inventory/tariff costs in the US. Q4 FY26 showed revenue of ₹2,938 crore (normalized +13% YoY) with Q4 EBITDA margin dropping to 11.1% vs 12.8% YoY, attributed to increased marketing spend, organic segment remodeling, and higher interest costs from supplier funding arrangements. The Basmati segment drove 88% of revenue at ₹9,742 crore with 29% growth; Organic Foods grew 9% to ₹1,016 crore; RTH & RTC segment grew to ₹187 crore but remains EBITDA negative at -9.6%. Working capital days improved to 176 from 196, and net debt/EBITDA rose marginally to 0.60x.
Revenue growth is strong but margin pressure in Q4, rising interest costs, and one-time US-related costs are near-term headwinds. The company is investing heavily in brands and capacity, which may weigh on near-term profitability but supports long-term market share gains.
