LT Foods reported FY26 revenue of INR 11,023 crores, up 26% YoY, with EBITDA of INR 1,236 crores and PAT of INR 625 crores. Normalized revenue growth was 19% excluding U.S. tariff impacts. The basmati and specialty rice segment contributed 88% of revenue at INR 9,742 crores with 21% normalized growth. EBITDA margin moderated to 11.8% due to U.S. tariffs, higher brand investments, and UK business setup costs. North America contributed 48% of revenue, India grew 10% in value with 23.7% market share, and Europe delivered 34% growth with UK at GBP 45 million. Management guided for 10-12% long-term growth, expects EBITDA margins to recover to 12% in FY27, and targets RTH/RTC segment breakeven at INR 400 crores revenue. Capex guidance is INR 250-330 crores annually.
The company demonstrated resilient growth despite U.S. tariff headwinds, with strong performance in North America and India. Management's explicit guidance for margin recovery to 12% and continued double-digit growth suggests improving profitability ahead, which could be positive for the stock.
