Lumax Auto Technologies reported its highest ever annual revenue of Rs 4,870 crore in FY26, up 34% YoY, driven by strong performance across Advanced Plastics, Mechatronics (up 146%), and the newly acquired Greenfuel (Rs 383 crore). Q4 FY26 revenue was Rs 1,417 crore, marking the third consecutive quarter of record revenue. EBITDA for FY26 stood at Rs 705 crore with 14.5% margins, while PAT jumped 47% to Rs 337 crore. The company disclosed a Rs 1,450 crore order pipeline spread across FY27-FY29. Mergers of IAC India, LAL, and Greenfuel with SPV have been completed. The board also approved selling its 50% stake in Lumax Jopp and acquiring the remaining 15.97% in Lumax FAE to make it a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Strong operational performance and completion of key mergers position the company well for growth. The disclosed order pipeline and management's 20.20.20.20 vision (20% CAGR revenue, 20% EBITDA margin, 20% ROCE) provide clear medium-term targets that could support re-rating. The strategic moves to exit JOPP and fully acquire FAE indicate ongoing portfolio optimization.
