Lumax Auto Technologies reported a record FY25 revenue of INR 3,637 crore, up 29% year-on-year, with EBITDA at INR 516 crore (up 25%) and margins of 14.2%. Q4 FY25 revenue grew 50% YoY to INR 1,133 crore, crossing the INR 1,000 crore quarterly mark for the first time. Profit before minority interest for the year stood at INR 229 crore, up 37% YoY. The company has a robust order book of INR 1,300 crore spread over FY26-FY28, with about 40% (~INR 500 crore) from BEV platforms. Management has guided 20-25% consolidated revenue growth for FY26 and aims to double EBITDA to ~INR 1,000 crore by FY28, supported by 100-200 bps margin expansion. The company recently acquired the remaining 25% in IAC India, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary, which will reduce minority interest from ~23% to ~10-11% and boost attributable profits.
Strong record-breaking performance, healthy order visibility, and successful acquisitions position the company for continued growth. The IAC consolidation will meaningfully boost profit attributable to shareholders. Positive for long-term investors; near-term capex of INR 175-200 crore and dividend of INR 5.50/share (275% of face value) reflect balanced capital allocation.
