Lumax Auto Technologies' board, at its February 12, 2026 meeting, approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 and 9M FY26 (ended December 31, 2025). On a consolidated basis, Q3 revenue from operations rose about 40% year-on-year to Rs. 1,27,066 lakhs, while net profit jumped roughly 93% to Rs. 10,806 lakhs. For 9M FY26, consolidated revenue grew around 38% to Rs. 3,45,340 lakhs and profit rose about 60% to Rs. 23,961 lakhs. The company booked an exceptional charge of Rs. 1,494.84 lakhs (consolidated) towards compliance with the new Labour Codes. Separately, the board approved a First Loss Deficiency Guarantee of up to 20% on a Rs. 30 crore channel financing facility that ICICI Bank will extend to Lumax's dealers and distributors.
The results show strong topline and earnings growth, though partly aided by acquisitions; the Rs. 30 crore dealer financing arrangement is a contingent obligation (capped exposure of about Rs. 6 crore) aimed at improving dealer liquidity rather than affecting the company's own cash flows.
