Lumax Industries achieved its highest-ever revenue of Rs. 4,184 crore in FY26, up 23% YoY. EBITDA grew 42.8% to Rs. 412 crore with margins expanding 130 basis points to 9.8%. Consolidated PAT increased 23.3% to Rs. 172.5 crore. LED lighting now contributes 61% to revenues, up from 58% in FY25. The order book stands healthy at Rs. 2,200 crore with 88% LED composition. The company operates 12 manufacturing facilities across key automotive hubs and maintains partnerships with Stanley (Japan) and SL Corporation (Korea). Management remains cautiously optimistic on FY27 outlook while flagging potential risks from West Asia conflict.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion signals improving profitability and execution capabilities. The healthy order book of Rs. 2,200 crore provides revenue visibility. However, high capex (Rs. 410+ crore) and working capital requirements warrant monitoring.
