Lupin Limited has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of VISUfarma B.V., Netherlands. The acquisition was carried out by Nanomi B.V., Lupin's wholly owned subsidiary based in the Netherlands. VISUfarma and its wholly owned subsidiaries have now become wholly owned subsidiaries of Nanomi, effective April 01, 2026. This follows the definitive agreement announced earlier in September 2025, which was subject to customary closing conditions that have now been fulfilled. The transaction details were previously disclosed in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations.
The acquisition expands Lupin's international pharmaceutical operations by bringing VISUfarma under its control. This strengthens Lupin's global product portfolio and market presence, which could be positive for long-term shareholder value.
